  All technical documents; schematics; softwares; illustrations and sound samples can be freely downloaded from our website for non-commercial use only.

  SARA-001 Rev.1  (our first kit, available since march 2007)

  Powerful programmable Complex Stereo Sound Generator for Sound Effects and Music Synthesis.
  Based around the unknown SAA1099P chip, offers 6 frequency generators (8 octaves per generator and 256 tones per octave); 2 noise generators; 6 noise/frequency mixers;
  12 amplitude controllers; 2 envelope generators; Dual 6 channels mixers/current sink analog output stages. 
  The top quality PCB (manufactured in USA) measures only 2" x 2" (5,1cm x 5,1cm) and the KIT work with a single +5VDC power supply. 
  Need any external CPU or microcontroller to generate sound (this module is not standalone).

  Powerful and versatile programmable Complex Stereo Sound Generator for Sound Effects and Music Synthesis with its own microcontroller (PIC16F628A) included on board.
  Based around the unknown SAA1099P chip, offers 6 frequency generators (8 octaves per generator and 256 tones per octave); 2 noise generators; 6 noise/frequency mixers;
  12 amplitude controllers; 2 envelope generators; Dual 6 channels mixers/current sink analog output stages.

  SARA-002 Rev.1 (available since march 2008)

  Complex Sound Generator KIT built around the SN76477 chip. Available  in kit form (without PCB) and work with a single +9VDC power supply or battery.
  Can be easily modified or expanded adding new features.

  1 SLF (Super Low Frequency Oscillator but will operate up to 20 KHz)
  1 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator)
  1 NOISE GENERATOR(Pseudo-Random white noise)
  1 NOISE FILTER (-3dB variable band-width low-pass filter)
  1 MIXER (The mixer logics selects one or a combination of the inputs from the generators)
  1 ATTACK/DECAY CIRCUITRY (alters the rise and fall times of the envelope)

   If, within 14 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a full refund. Saratronics will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping; handling and Banking costs.
   This guarantee is void if the product has been altered; damaged or the anti-static bag containing the kit or electronic components  opened. Before returning the product to Saratronics, email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   Write the RMA number on the outside of the box used to return the merchandise to Saratronics and enclose a hardcopy of the RMA email along with the returned merchandise. Saratronics will return your product or its replacement using
   the same shipping method used to ship the product to Saratronics
